Recently, the company has restructured itself as two separate entities: MATAR Content, which is in charge on developing and producing content to the primary market in Israel, and MATAR Formats, which manages distribution to the secondary and digital markets in Israel and sells the company`s content (both scripted and non-scripted) internationally.
